    摘要:生产流程优化是制造业生产持续改善的一个重要目标之一。企业通过生产流程优化,可以大幅度提高生产效率、减少浪费、降低库存、提高产能,进而提高对市场变化的适应度,增加企业核心竞争力。生产流程对企业的重要性是可想而知的。可以说,任何有着多种零部件并进行大批量生产的最终产品在某种程度上都采用装配线生产。装配线的布置受到装配线设备、产品、人员、物流运输以及生产方式等多种因数的影响。本论文结合博莱特(上海)压缩机有限公司的50-120 HP空气压缩机装配线实际情况,对其装配线流程的现状及其未来优化问题作系统的阐述。从博莱特的装配线流程优化的缘由入手,对50-120HP空气压缩机装配线布置特征作简要分析,找出目前装配线流程中的问题,即生产线设备及零件布置问题、作业研究问题、产能瓶颈问题及准时生产问题,并逐一作透彻的分析。通过生产线流程优化、持续不断的改善,进一步提高产能,提高竞争力,最终发展行业领先地位。6046

    The design of 50-120 HP air compressor assembly process
    Abstract:Production process optimization is one of the important objectives of manufacturer production continuous improvement. Corporation may increase production efficiency, reduce waste, decrease inventory, increase production capability in great extent, and thereby increase market variation adaptability, enhance corporation competitive strength through production process optimization. Production process importance to corporation is obvious, it not only determine the invested size of fix assets in the initial stage of corporation foundation, but also greatly influence the operation cost of manpower, physical resource etc., and production efficiency, product quality and so on. This thesis analyzed current situation of its assembly line process and its future optimization issues completely, incorporating with practical situation of 50-120 HP air assembly line in Bolaite (Shanghai) Compressor Co., Ltd.. This thesis briefly analyzed facility layout character of 50-120 HP air compressor , first beginning with the reason of air compressor line process optimization of Bolaite .Then found out assembly line process issues of Bolaite, i.e. production line facility layout issues, job study issues, production capability bottleneck issues and just in time production issues with separately profound analyses. Through the production process optimization and continuous ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence), to further improve the production capacity and improve competitiveness, develop industry leading position finally.
