摘要:冷轧带钢具有表面质量高、性能好、品种多和用途广等特点。特别是随着汽车工业和家电行业的迅速发展,人们对汽车及家电外壳的质量和性能要求也越来越高,因此,发展冷轧板带钢十分必要。本设计是参考鞍钢1700mm冷轧车间设计的,年产量为150万吨,典型产品为DDQ深冲板冷轧薄板带钢,产品规格0.35×1580mm。该车间设计主要包括:连续酸洗--冷轧联合机组、罩式退火机组、热镀锌机组、平整机组、剪切机组、重卷机组等。设计产品有普通钢、低碳钢、超低碳钢、低合金高强钢、硅钢等等。产品具有使用规格范围广,厚度精确、尺寸偏差小、表面光洁、板形好、性能稳定等特点。据此制定了典型产品金属平衡表和轧制规程,对轧机、电机能力进行了校核。计算了车间的各项经济技术指标,并绘制了车间平面图。61832

Design of annual output of 1 million 500 thousand tons of cold rolled strip workshop
Abstract:Cold rolled strip has the characteristics of high surface quality, good performance, wide variety and wide application. Especially with the rapid development of the automotive industry and home appliance industry, the quality and performance requirements of the car and home appliances are also getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the cold rolled strip. This design is a reference to the design of the 1700mm cold rolling plant, the annual output of 1 million 500 thousand tons, typical products for the DDQ deep cold rolled sheet steel strip, product specifications 0.35 x 1580mm.This workshop design mainly includes: continuous mill with pickling, cold rolling, annealing unit, hot dip galvanizing line, smooth units, shear machine, rewinding unit. Design products are ordinary steel, low carbon steel, ultra low carbon steel, low alloy high strength steel, silicon steel and so on. Products with the use of a wide range of specifications, precise thickness, small size deviation, smooth surface, good shape, stable performance and so on. Based on the above, the typical metal balance sheet and rolling schedule were established, and the rolling mill and motor ability were checked. The economic and technical indicators of the workshop are calculated, and the shop floor plan is drawn.
