摘要本次毕业设计为年产120万吨双机架可逆中厚板轧机车间设计,结合本次任务书所给予的条件以及所要求的年产量,制定完成2个产品品种、2个产品规格的金属均衡表和产品方案。计算产品为Q235,规格为40 X4000占年产量的33.2%。主要包括编制本设计的金属均衡表及产品大纲。制定产品方案和生产工艺流程;设计压下规程并对压下设备进行选取;绘制轧机车间平面的布置,并对设备的间距、生产流程、速度、温度制度进行确定;计算力学性能并校核轧辊和电动机以保证设备选取的合适度。最后根据上述计算所得绘制出适合本次设计的车间平面布置。48227

Abstract
This design that take the Tangshan area as a condition, has designed the annual yield of 1.2 million tons new medium and heavy plate factory.Combined design conditions and the requirements of annual yield, the design completes 2 product varieties, 2 product specifications and metal balance sheet table. Computing products for Q235, specifications for 40×4000 mm accounted for 33.2% of output.
Main content includes analysis of the construction of new plate mill in tangshan region of the feasibility and necessity; Determine the outline of the design of products and the preparation of metal sheets; To develop product solutions and production process; Under the design pressure regulation system under the pressure, velocity, temperature, for sure; The calculation and draw rolling chart for workshop production; Force parameters can be calculated, including the calculation of rolling pressure, the selection of motor and checking, roll strength check; The selection of auxiliary equipment; Determine the spacing of workshop layout, equipment, production flow and the calculation of the facilities area, etc; According to the design parameters, draw out the workshop floor plan.
