摘要:本设计是一个成形管接头工件的模具设计,也包含其成形工艺。主要内容包括冲裁件的工艺性分析,包含零件形状、尺寸、尺寸精度的分析。冲裁工艺的选择以及排序,选用复合模,先落料拉深后冲孔翻孔。根据冲裁工艺计算展开尺寸,确定毛坯,设计排样图,计算材料利用率。计算模具的落料力、拉深力、压边力、冲孔力、翻孔力等确定总冲裁力,根据总冲裁力选用压力机,计算确定压力机的压力中心。根据凸凹模配合分别计算落料和冲孔的凸凹模刃口。随着前期必要的设计计算完成,最后分别进行落料拉深模具和冲孔翻孔模具整体的结构设计,附有二文装配图纸。根据模具整体结构选用标准件,设计非标准模具零件的结构并且出二文图纸。确定非标准模具零件的加工方式以及模具结构设计的总装配。41384
