摘要:冷剪机是棒材生产线的关键设备,它的正常运行直接关系到轧钢生产, 而做出针对性的技术改造,不仅能够提高冷剪剪切能力,增加轧钢生产线产能,而且还能节约成本,对于实际生产具有重大意义。
本次课题是上海应用技术学院与上海力达重工制造有限公司的校企联合课题。这是一个团队课题,每个人都有自己负责的部分,我主要负责冷剪机组的剪切系统改进。这是一次机会将我们的理论应用于实践。
根据给定参数对850T剪切机进行设计计算,从而对850T冷剪机有一定了解,对剪切机的设计有一定的认识,加深对剪切机的工作原理以及剪切机的设计参数、零件尺寸等的理解,以便以后能对剪切机能更好的运用。本次设计的目的是能够综合运用所学的专业知识对850T冷剪机的剪切系统进行改进设计。本文首先介绍了国内外轧钢技术的发展,全面分析了850t冷剪机组的工作原理,机架机构特点,然后通过同小组成员的讨论研究,初步确定部分设计方案,最后对剪切系统进行更加细致的分析和设计。大量的利用计算机软件对冷剪机组进行图纸的设计以及工艺的改进,确保此设备能高效稳定的运行。主要讲述对冷剪机组的测绘和分析,讨论了冷剪机组的改进方案,绘制了冷剪机组的工程图纸,我主要负责了剪切系统的设计以及强度的校核。

The design and Improvement for 850t of Cold shearing machine Shear system
Abstract:As a key equipment in bar mill, the normal operation of the cold shear will influence the steel rolling directly. And make targeted technical transformation, can not only improve the cold shear ability of cutting, increase of steel rolling production line capacity, but also can save the cost. This is of great significance for practical production.
This is the Shanghai Institute of Technology and Shanghai Lida Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., colleges, enterprises subject. This is a team project, each of us has our own responsible part, I mainly responsible for cold shear shear system improvement of the unit. This is an opportunity to put our theory into practice
According to the given parameters we design and calculation of the 850t shears, and 850 t cold shearing machine have a certain understanding. Have a certain understanding of shear machine design, deepened for shearing machine working principle and design parameters of shearing machine, parts size and so on the understanding, so that I can better use of shear function. The purpose of this design is the ability to integrated use of learned professional knowledge for 850 t cold shear shear system for design improvements. This paper first introduces the development of rolling technology at home and abroad, comprehensively analyzed the working principle of 850 t cold cutting unit, frame body characteristics, and then through the discussion with team members study, preliminary part of the design scheme is determined, and finally to shear system a more detailed analysis and design. Lots of cold cut sets to make use of computer software to design drawings and process improvements, to ensure that the equipment can run efficient and stable. Focuses on surveying and mapping and analysis of the cold shear line, discusses the improvement project of cold cutting unit, mapped the cold cut unit engineering drawings, especially on the shear system design and strength check.
