    摘 要:本文为拨叉键槽铣削进行专机设计。首先,进行专用夹具的设计。对零件进行加工工艺性分析,根据751点定位原理确定夹紧方案,计算出夹紧力及定位误差。设计合适夹紧机构,进行总体设计。然后,对专用机床进行设计,根据加工要求选用刀具,计算出切削力、切削功率等参数。对机床传动系统进行计算及校核。最后,对整个设计进行经济及技术性分析并给出结论。从零件的结构外型分析,它的外型复杂,且不易加工,所以该零件选用是铸造件。拨叉的主要加工面是孔、叉口两端面和槽,加工中由于面的加工精度会比孔的加工精度容易保证。故而,在设计中采用了先面后孔原则,并且将孔与平面的加工划分成粗加工和精加工阶段,来保证加工精度。本设计中,先以一个面加工出一个基准面,然后,以该基准面加工相应的孔。在后面的机工工序中,均以此孔为定位基准,加工拨叉叉口两端面、孔、底平面、槽和斜平面,在整个加工过程中,分别采用了铣床、钻床和镗床。并设计了镗孔、铣侧面和铣键槽等的专用夹具,并对它们的定位都采用了一面两销定位。由于该零件的尺寸不大,所需的夹紧力不大。这样,夹紧方式都采用手动夹紧,拨叉的夹紧简单,结构的设计更为方便,满足夹具要求。33099

    Fork keyway milling special purpose machine and fixture design
    Abstract:In this paper, for the fork keyway milling plane design.First of all, for the design of special fixture.Processing manufacturability analysis was carried out on the parts, according to the principle of six positioning clamping scheme is determined, calculate the clamping force and the position error.Design appropriate clamping mechanism, carries on the overall design.Then, the design of special machine tool, choose cutter according to processing requirements, to calculate the parameters such as cutting force, cutting power.To calculate and check machine drive system.Finally, the whole design of economic and technical analysis and conclusion is given.From the structure of parts appearance analysis, its shape is complex, and not easy to machining, so the choose is casting parts.Its main processing surface are the two end and slot hole, fork fork, in processing because of the machining accuracy is easier than hole machining precision of the guarantee.So, in the design based on the principle of hole after face first, and pide the process of hole and the plane for roughing and finishing stage, to ensure the machining accuracy.In this design, first with a surface processing a datum, then, to the datum processing and the corresponding hole.In the back of the mechanic process, all this hole for the locating datum, processing fork fork two end face, groove, hole, bottom plane and inclined plane, in the whole processing process, adopted the milling machine, drilling machine and boring machine, respectively.And design the boring and milling and side milling keyway of special fixture, and the positioning of their adopted a two pin location.Because the parts size is not big, the clamping force is not big.Clamping way, therefore, adopt manual clamp, the clamp is simple, design is more convenient, meet the requirements of the fixture.
