    摘要近年来,科学与技术飞速发展,数控化机床技术也日趋成熟,同时广泛应用于各种行业机械加工过程中,并且加工技术在世界的工业范围内都有了显著的提高。在机械行业中,锥孔应用十分广泛,许多情况下需要在锥孔内加工键槽以实现和轴径的配合,起到传递动力的作用。在传统方法加工锥孔键槽过程中,工件不易装夹,需要专用夹具、加工精度不高、不能实现锥度无级可调节等缺点;尤其在大型螺旋浆构件的锥孔中进行键槽的加工几乎是不可能的,因此设计大于构件尺寸的拉床既成本太高又不方便。本次设计的键槽加工机床为一种可以座落于不同大型构件上,利用被加工件自身相关要素进行定位、加工任意锥度锥孔键槽的专用机床。50064

    论文介绍了船用螺旋桨键槽加工机床的设计。首先,了解船用螺旋桨键槽加工加工工艺,分析机床工作原理,确定设计方案和改造方案。在设计过程中,使用液压缸作为主运动机构以及进给运动机构,使用蜗轮蜗杆作为锥度调节机构,并配有锥度辅助调节机构,以及保证加工过程中加工精度所需要的锁紧机构。最后,利用Solidworks软件进行建模和虚拟样机的装配。并结合相关数据对重要零部件进行Ansys有限元分析。

    结果表明,本次毕业设计可以顺利达到设计任务的要求,完成小机床加工大工件,同时实现锥度孔键槽加工的要求。

    Abstract In recent years, CNC machine tool technology are becoming increasingly sophisticated and widely used in a variety of industries machining process, the processing technology in the world within the industry have a significant improvement on a world scale.In the machinery industry, with tapered bore is widely used, in many cases it needs to taper hole and shaft keyway to achieve co-ordination, played the role of power transmission.In the conventional process method, the workpiece clamping is difficult, requiring special fixtures, machining accuracy is not high, stepless taper can not be adjusted.Especially in large propeller member carried tapered bore keyway machining is almost impossible, so the design of slotting is both costly and inconvenient.The design of the keyway machine tools as a large component can be located in different,using relevant elements of the workpiece positioning itself,processing arbitrary taper keyway special machine.  

    This thesis introduces the marine propeller keyway machine tool design.First, to understand the marine propeller keyway machining process, analyze machine working principle, determine the design and rehabilitation programs.In the design process, using the movement mechanism as the main hydraulic cylinder and the feed movement mechanism, with the taper adjustment mechanism as the worm, and with a tapered auxiliary adjusting mechanism and to ensure the processing precision required for the locking mechanism.Finally, I use Solidworks software for modeling and virtual prototype assembly. Combined with relevant data on key components for Ansys finite element analysis.

    The results show that this graduation project can successfully meet the design requirements of the task, the completion of a small machine machining large workpieces, while achieving taper keyway machining requirements.
