    摘要目前国内铣边机送料工作主要是由人工操作完成,生产效率低,劳动强度大,工作环境差,安全隐患大。本课题基于校企合作课题,为大型板料坡口加工的数控钢板铣边机设计辅助送料装置。该机构结构合理,制造容易,操作方便,不仅能高效完成铣边机送料工作,而且能通过更改构件适用于不同尺寸板料的铣边加工。本文首先阐述了铣边机板料送料机构的发展现状及趋势,结合对铣边工艺和工件加工要求的分析,确定了总体设计方案。在完成三文建模后,利用有限元分析方法对连杆机构进行分析,验证其合理性。通过本次设计,完成了对板料送料机构的结构设计和可靠性分析,对铣边加工的辅助操作改进有一定意义,对之后的优化创新有着一定的借鉴意义。26037

    Abstract
    At present, the feeding operation of the domestic milling machine is mainly done
    by manual operation, the production efficiency is low, the labor intensity is
    large, the work environment is bad, and the safety hazard is large.. This project
    is based on the cooperation project, CNC milling steel plate for large sheet groove
    processing machine design auxiliary feeding device. This mechanism is reasonable,
    easy to manufacture, easy to operate, and can not only finish the feeding work
    of the milling machine, but also can change the components to the milling edge
    machining of different size sheet..
    In this paper, the development status and trend of the feed mechanism of the mill
    is firstly introduced, and the overall design scheme is determined by the analysis
    of the milling edge machining and the machining requirements.. After the completion
    of 3D modeling, the finite element analysis is used to analyze the linkage mechanism
    and verify its rationality..
    Through the design, the plate feeding structure design and reliability analysis
    of the feeding mechanism, is a certain significance of milling processing auxiliary
    operation improvement, optimization and innovation of the has a certain
