    摘要模具技术在今年来得到了飞速的发展,它综合机械行业的各种知识。而在模具的发展过程中,塑料模具更是得到了长足的发展。当今社会中模具产品的应用越来越广泛,各种电子产品、生活用品、工业产品等等都不分的零件基本上都是有模具来制成的,伴随着模具行业的迅猛发展,高质量的产品和高生产率已经称为众多企业的追求目标,设计师,工程师们开始着力减少模具的设计和制造周期,从而大幅度的降低生产成本,提高模具行业的生产能力。26157
    本次毕业设计的课题是台灯罩注射模具的设计。这个课题要求在综合考虑产品的结构工艺性的基础上,合理的设计模具的整体结构,完成设计模具的浇注系统的设计,制作合理的成型零件结构,设计正确的推出机构,完成冷却系统的制作、并在此基础上选择合适的注射机,加以校核。本次的设计是以PRO/E和AutoCAD2008这两款软件为主要工具而进行的。这两款软件在模具设计过程中有很好的实用性,便于直观的进行模具三文造型的设计,以及二文零件图的生成,在设计过程中还可以利用软件对模具是否会发生干涉等现象进行观察,以便很好的避免在制造过程中可能会出现的各种不合理的现象。

    Abstract
    Mould technology obtained the rapid development of this year, it integrated machinery industry of all kinds of knowledge. And in the process of the development of the mould, plastic mould is obtained rapid development. In today's society more and more widely, the application of mold all kinds of electronic products, household  items, industrial products, and so on are all the parts are made from a mold to basically,  along with the rapid development of mold industry, high quality products and high productivity, many enterprises have called the pursuit of the goal, designers, engineers began to strive to reduce the mold design and manufacturing cycle, so as to greatly reduce the production cost, improve the production ability of mold industry.
    The graduation design topic is lampshades on injection mould design. This subject requirements in consideration of the structure of the product manufacturability, on the basis of the overall structure of the reasonable design mold, complete design mould gating system design, make the reasonable structure of molding parts, design the right to launch institutions, complete cooling system of production, and on this basis to choose the appropriate injection machine, to check them. This design is based on PRO/E and AutoCAD2008 both software as the main tool. The software in the process of mold design has good practicability, facilitate intuitive for the design of the mould 3 d modelling, as well as the generation of 2 d part drawing, still can use the software in the process of design of mould will happen interference phenomenon such as observation, so that good avoid may occur in the process of manufacturing of all kinds of unreasonable phenomenon.
