摘要随着LED照明市场的需求日益飞涨,对蓝宝石的需求也是水涨船高。本课题以南京京晶光电科技有限公司LED蓝宝石衬底基板生产线为研究对象,对其生产线布局、物料监控、生产线平衡等多方面进行优化设计研究,主要内容如下:61543
根据南京京晶光电科技有限公司PW基板制造生产线存在的产能不足、规划布局不合理、工艺设计不完善、设备利用率有待提高等现状,重点对公司PW生产线的产能、人员动作改善、生产线工艺规划、工序节拍、物料监控进行了详细的分析,并针对现状提出了关键问题所在。
对现有生产线进行分析及与企业期望达到的目标进行对比,根据生产线和产品的特点,进行相应的改善,如站点间、站点内布局调整,工艺流程重组以及部分站点工艺设计,与此同时对生产线的物料使用进行监控,达到生产线优化、控制成本双向目标。
