摘要大功率LED是指具有大额定工作电流的发光二极管,具有很高的发展前景,而其温度特性对其性能及寿命有很大的影响,所以本文针对某型LED灯芯产品的结构特点,设计了一套测量其灯芯温度分布的系统。60343
设计采用直径为0.25mm的铜-康铜热电偶作为测温头,用温度传感器AD590及低压基准芯片AD1403构成的电路实现冷端补偿,并用双极性运算放大器OP07设计了同相放大器进行放大,来构成LED灯芯温度分布测试系统。文中主要介绍了系统设计方案及流程图,微热电偶的设计与制作方法,信号调理电路的设计及PCB图绘制,传感器及硬件电路的标定,以及LED灯具温度测量实验方案等内容。

Title The distribution measurement system designers of High-power LED Light-Core temperature
Abstract
High - power LED refers to a large rated current of light-emitting diodes With high growth prospects.But its temperature characteristics has a great influence on its performance and life.So this article designs a system to measure the temperature distribution for a certain type LED light-core’s product structure features.
The design use a diameter of 0.25mm copper - constantan thermocouple as temperature measuring head.Use a circuit constituted by AD590 temperature sensor and voltage reference chip AD1403 to achieve compensation.With bipolar op amp OP07 designed to amplify inverting amplifier to form the LED wick temperature distribution test system.This paper describes the system design and flow charts,design and fabrication method of micro-thermocouple,signal conditioning circuit design and PCB drawing, calibration of sensors and hardware circuit,and LED lamps temperature measurement experiments, etc.
