摘要在工业中,绞车是一种比较常见的工程机械。被广泛的应用于林业、矿业、建筑、水利工程和海洋诸多领域,针对绞车在一些场合速度会受到干扰的问题以及为了减小排缆角,并且使排缆机构能够更好的适应不同直径的缆绳,本论文提出了一种绞车方案,对变节距排缆绞车机构进行了深入的研究,具有重要的实际意义和理论价值。52353
论文首先对绞车的发展和历史做了详细的阐述。其次从国内外的发展状况进行剖析。在整体机构设计中详细介绍了绞车如何通过丝杠排缆结构进行变节距排缆的总体方案。然后,对该设计结构进行相应的理论计算。论文随后从软件部分着手,用三维软件画出设计结构的立体模型,并附有相应的软件和图文资料。最后,论文提出变节距排缆机构设计的完善和改进,并对该课题的发展作了展望。
