    摘要随着工业技术的迅速发展与市场竞争的日益激烈,缩短产品的开发时间与生产周期,提高产品的生产效率与质量,降低加工成本,变为企业日益追求的目标。船用柴油机作为船舶的心脏,传统的试切方式验证加工严重阻碍了它的快速发展。因此,急需一种仿真手段来虚拟其实际的切削加工过程,及时发现切削加工中的干涉与碰撞,提高加工效率。51274

    本文以船用柴油机缸盖为研究对象,在研究船用柴油机缸盖加工工艺的基础上,基于UG实现了缸盖的自动编程。以VERICUT软件为平台,在虚拟仿真的环境下,对船用柴油机缸盖实现制造过程的仿真。在分析仿真结果的基础上,检验其加工中的过切与欠切现象,并对加工程序与刀具轨迹进行了优化。该方法不仅降低了实际试切的成本,而且提高了刀具寿命,增强了加工的安全性,大大改善了零件的加工精度与表面质量。同时,缩短了加工时间与生产周期,提高了零件的生产效率,大大提高了企业的经济效益。

    Abstract With the rapid development of industrial technology and the increasingly fierce of market competition, shorting development time and production cycles, improving quality and efficiency, reducing manufacturing costs, becomes corporate’s increasingly goal. Marine diesel engine as the heart of the ship, the traditional way to verify the process try cutting is a serious impediment to its rapid development. Therefore, it is urgent needed for a means of virtual simulation to process the actual cutting, discovering the interference and collisions during the cutting process in time, improving processing efficiency.

    In this paper, for the study of marine diesel engine cylinder cover, on the basis of the study on marine diesel engine cylinder cover’s machining process , achieving cylinder cover’s automatic programming in the base of UG. As a platform to VERICUT, under the environment of virtual simulation, achieves marine diesel engine cylinder cover’s simulation of manufacturing process. In the analysis of simulation results, based on the inspection of its processing in the phenomenon of over cutting and less cutting, with the machining procedures and tool path is optimized. It not only reduces the actual trial cut costs, but also improves the tool life, and enhances the security of processing, greatly improves machining accuracy and surface quality. At the same time, it shortens the processing time and the production cycle, improves production efficiency of parts, greatly improves the economic efficiency of enterprises.
