摘要:食品、医药、石油化工及环保工业对一些易燃易爆、有毒、腐蚀及贵重介质的搅拌反应过程要求越来越严格,所用的搅拌釜需要无泄漏,而磁力传动搅拌釜能能实现搅拌过程中的完全无泄漏。
本课题设计的磁力搅拌反应釜的关键部件磁力磁力联轴器是一种利用永磁材料进行耦合传动的传动装置,改变了传统机械密封和填料密封的那种能过轴套或填料密封搅拌轴的动密封结构为静密封结构,釜内介质完全处于由釜体与密封罩体构成的密封腔内,彻底解决了填料密封和机械密封因动密封而造成的无法克服的泄露问题,使反应介质绝无任何泄露和污染。
本课题论文根据给定参数进行磁力搅拌反应釜的结构设计。结构设计内容包括筒体、封头及夹套的厚度、轴径、磁力联轴器、搅拌器及主要零部件的结构尺寸设计和强度校核,电机减速机、机架及主要标准件的选型等,并绘制搅拌釜的二文图。5998

Abstract:Food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and environmental protection industry in some inflammable and explosive, toxic, corrosive and valuable medium stirring reaction process requires more and more strict, the stirred tank needs to be no leak, and the magnetic transmission stirred tank can realize completely without leakage in the process of mixing.
This topic design of magnetic stirring reactor magnetic magnetic coupling is a kind of key components of the use of permanent magnet coupling transmission gear, changed the traditional mechanical seals and packing seal can the kind of a collar or packing seal of stirring shaft of dynamic sealing structure for static sealing structure, inside the kettle medium in completely made of the kettle body and sealing cover body seal cavity, thoroughly solved the packing seal and mechanical seal caused by dynamic seal unable to overcome the leakage problem, make no any reaction medium leakage and pollution.
This topic according to the given parameters to the structure design of magnetic stirring reactor. Structure design content including cylinder, head, and the thickness of the jacket, trunnion, magnetic coupling, mixer and main parts of structure design and strength check size, motor reducer, frame and main standard parts selection, etc., and draw three peacekeeping 2 d figure of stirred tank.
