    本论文主要关注H85、H65黄铜板带钢的生产技术要求及其关键生产工序(熔炼、铸造、铣面、轧制、退火等)的工艺特点。根据中铝上海铜业有限公司现有的生产流程以及产品,进行对产品生产熔炼工艺的制订、轧制制度编制、辊型制度制定、电机能力校核、轧辊强度校核,在设计过程中利用电脑软件Visual Basic编程语言,对轧制力及轧制力矩进行计算程序的编制,利用电脑软件Auto CAD,对轧辊图进行绘制。从而设计出符合实际生产标准的产品及其生产流程。利用电脑软件Auto CAD绘制出自己所设计产品的厂房设计图纸。9827

China's copper strip production capacity and production has dramatically increased, but the copper to lower the overall level of enterprise technology and equipment, small-scale production, the average firm size is less than 3000 tons / year, copper strip varieties The structure is becoming an unreasonable phenomenon, especially the lead frame material, RF cable transformer, Copper belt and other high-precision copper products, whether the variety, quality and quantity are far from plate and strip imports amounted to 237,000 tons. It is predicted that the future demand for brass will rise year by year, according to the current domestic production capacity, production has far cannot satisfy the market demand. Due to brass plate strip rolling, many scholars who come from china or abroad and engineers have formulated the process research in the rolling method, grasped the defect causes, mechanisms, put forward a number of improvement measures, and achieved good effect.Which can increase production, increase yield, making the copper strip further development.
    My topic is annual output of 2.2million tons of brass belt production process design with brass band. Conditions of existing equipment from China Shanghai Copper Co., Ltd., I complete the process design through a variety of system and achieved the desires of production . The factory equip melting furnace of copper ,which capacity is 5-8 tons ,with being chosen 5 ton as my output coming from one furnace . According to the thickness and width of production by calculating , removal amount of trimming , trimming allowance is decided . In the end, I can calculate the length of two products after casting . Made boiler H85 coil as well as for air conditioning needed for the cooling of the condenser tube , and indicators on the mechanical properties of the product demand is high, the market demand is bigger . H65 as hardware, springs and machine parts in everyday life, the market demand is stable and yields higher required to meet the social production. This design of copper alloy plate strip production process: by copper melting furnace heating with water after adjusting for holding furnace heat preservation and the analysis of the components into the semi-continuous casting machine casting, cast ingot billet, after milling surface to remove surface oxide layer to enter before stepping in front of the furnace for hot rolling mill for heat treatment, its purpose is to eliminate casting stress, ensure high temperatures of hot rolling plasticity, reduce the deformation resistance and improve the organization and performance of alloys.
