    Rare earth salt molybdate luminescent material is one of the most important system in many luminescent material. The main purpose of the current research on rare earth salt molybdate is the controllable synthesis of its morphology and structure, the morphology structure - the relationship between the luminescence performance, hope to be able to obtain a higher luminous efficiency and color phosphor powder is more stable.

    This paper first reviews the nature of the rare earth luminescent material molybdate salt and common synthesis method, at the same time also synoptically discusses the main types and characteristics of luminescent materials, preparation methods and the main ways to improve. Then, CaRe2(MoO4)4: Eu3 + / Tb3 + (Re = La, Y, Gd), the use of SEM, XRD and fluorescence spectrometer device method for the preparation of the sample morphology and spectral characterization. The preparation of molybdate innovation lies in the choice of hydrothermal method, observation under the condition of orthogonal reaction (changing the proportion of solvent, reaction time, ratio of reactants, ph, etc.) was prepared by molybdate appearance characteristics. At the same time, studied the Eu3 + and Tb3 + in CaRe2 (MoO4) 4: Eu3 + / Tb3 + (Re = La, Y, Gd) two luminescent characteristics of matrix. The main contents can be pided into the following:

    By hydrothermal method, in under the condition of 180 ℃, the best reaction time, temperature, reaction for molybdenum acid radical source, preparation of lanthanum and yttrium calcium  

    molybdate and calcium molybdate gadolinium calcium molybdate as three kinds of molybdate matrix, in the process of preparation, by changing the content of EDTA and the ratio of distilled water and ethanol, conditions for preparation of molybdate product appearance to achieve a better, and by using X-ray diffraction and electron microscope lens for characterizing the CLSM and observe, discuss the results.

    2. In order to contain La3+ ,Y3+, Gd3+ molybdate salts respectively made lanthanum calcium molybdate, yttrium calcium molybdate, these three molybdate gadolinium calcium molybdate, matrix, and doping rare earth Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions in the substrate using fluorescence spectrometer and other equipment for its luminescent properties to observe and discuss the results.
