摘要本文概述了氧化亚铜(Cu2O)的应用及超细氧化亚铜的特性、制备工艺进展;研究以企业现有产品氯化亚铜为原材料,采用水解沉淀法制备氧化亚铜粉体小试工艺。工艺包括:用氯化钠将不溶性氯化亚铜转化成可溶性络合物,该络合物在加热条件下与磷酸钠反应,生成氢氧化亚铜,氢氧化亚铜进而脱水,制得氧化亚铜。通过氯化钠与氯化亚铜形成络合物的方法,使氯化亚铜溶解,同时能使一价铜得到缓慢释放,利用磷酸钠进行水解,提供碱性环境,使得氢氧根负离子得到缓慢地释放,确保氢氧化亚铜晶粒的均匀生成。依据小试工艺和相关参数,在物料衡算、热量衡算基础上进行了车间布置,最后再进行工艺流程图、车间布置图的设计与绘制。为生产企业提供工艺流程与技术贮备。62247
