摘要:以薰衣草精油为芯材,β-环糊精为壁材,采用分子包埋法制备了β-环糊精精油微胶囊。讨论了芯壁比、溶质浓度、搅拌速度、香精加入温度等因素对β环糊精精油微胶囊包埋效率率的影响。并尝试将微胶囊应用在凝胶面膜中。结果表明:最佳芯壁比为3:8,溶质浓度为10%,搅拌速度越快越好,香精最佳加入温度为40℃。微胶囊能较好的分散在凝胶面膜中,并且能在外力作用下破碎,使精油释放。52782

Preparation and Properties of lavender essential oil microcapsules
Abstract: lavender essential oil as core material, β- cyclodextrin as wall material, prepared by molecular embedding β- cyclodextrin oil microcapsule method. We discussed the core wall ratio, solute concentration, stirring speed, temperature and other factors affect the flavor is added to the β-cyclodextrin oil microencapsulation efficiency rates. And try the microcapsules used in gel mask. The results showed that: the best core wall ratio of 3: 8, the solute concentration of 10%, followed by stirring the faster the better, the best flavor added to a temperature of 40 degrees. Microcapsules can be better dispersed in a gel mask, and can be broken in the external force, essential oils released.
