摘要本文研究了甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)与丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚物P(DMC-AM)的水溶液聚合工艺。以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系(APS-RH),采用水溶液聚合法,制得50%阳离子度P(DMC-AM)产物,并对产物的结构和分子量进行了红外和凝胶色谱表征,单因素法考察了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、助剂Na4EDTA浓度、聚合反应温度和聚合熟化温度等因素对产物特征黏度值和转化率的影响规律。实验得到的初步较佳制备工艺条件为:引发剂浓度0.023%、单体浓度52.5%、助剂Na4EDTA浓度0.015%、聚合反应温度45℃、聚合熟化温度57.5℃。在此工艺条件下,制得特征黏度最高值为20.28dL/g,转化率为90.49%的50%阳离子度P(DMC-AM)产物,超过已有文献报道的特征黏度最高值,为后续P(DMC-AM)的系列化和工业化奠定了良好的基础。28817

Title Preliminary study on aqueous solution polymerization process of 50 cationicity P(DMC-AM)
Abstract
The aqueous solution polymerization process of the copolymer of methyl acryloyl oxygen ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) and acrylamide (AM) was studied. Using ammonium persulfate - sodium bisulfite as the composite initiator (APS-RH), the product of 50% cationicity P(DMC-AM) was prepared by the method of aqueous solution polymerization, and the structure and molecular weight of the product were characterized by FT-IR and GPC. The effects of the initiator concentration, monomer concentration, Na4EDTA concentration, polymerization temperature and maturation temperature on the intrinsic viscosity value and conversion rate of product were investigated. The optimal preparation condition was obtained, i.e. the initiator concentration was 0.023%, the monomer concentration was 52.5%, Na4EDTA concentration was 0.015%, the polymerization temperature was 45℃ and the maturation temperature was 57.5℃. The product of 50% cationicity P(DMC-AM) with the highest intrinsic viscosity value of 20.28dL/g and the conversion rate of 90.49% was obtained under this optimal preparation condition. The result had exceeded the highest intrinsic viscosity value reported in the existing literature, had laid a good foundation for the series and industrialization of P(DMC-AM) products.
