摘要起爆药的机械感度是指起爆药在受到撞击,摩擦,针刺等机械作用时爆炸的难易程度。本实验目地是测定一些常用起爆药(如硝酸肼镍)在一定的粒度和形状下的的机械感度,探索粒度与感度的关系,并且在获得数据后建立起爆药的机械感度库;实验中主要是测定撞击感度,采用升降法,即根据起爆药的性质,先确定一个初始刺激量,选定一个步长,在初始刺激量下开始实验,根据规则确定每次的刺激量,最后得到起爆药在不同粒度下的撞击感度数据。64746
从数据及计算结果上看,起爆药的撞击感度较高,并且在一定粒度范围内撞击感度随着粒度的增大而增大。
