    摘要本论文主要内容为制备脲醛树脂来处理含Pb2+废水和Sr2+废水,通过对脲醛树脂用量、吸附时间、溶液PH值探讨脲醛树脂对Pb2+和Sr2+的吸附性能。

    (1)以尿素和甲醛为原料合成了尿醛树脂,通过调节尿素和甲醛的加入量   合成不同F/U比的尿醛树脂。

    (2)采用紫外分光光度计对尿醛树脂吸附Pb2+的性能进行了研究,得到了最佳吸附条件。结果表明在Pb2+初始浓度为100mg/L,UF树脂处理Pb2+废水的最佳条件为:UF树脂用量为8.0g,反应时间为24h, pH为不低于4.0。且UF树脂对Pb2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温线方程 。64568

    (3)采用紫外分光光度计对尿醛树脂吸附Sr2+的性能进行了研究,得到了最佳吸附条件。结果表明在Sr2+初始浓度为100mg/L,UF树脂处理Sr2+废水的最佳条件为:UF树脂用量为6.0g,反应时间为21h, pH为不低于1.0,且UF树脂对Pb2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温线方程 。

    Title Adsorption of Pb2+, Sr2+ by urea-formaldehyde resin   

    Abstract

    The major content in this dissertation is to deal with the wastewater, which contain Pb2+ and Sr2+ by compounding urea-formaldehyde resin, what the properties of urea-formaldehyde resin of Pb2+ and Sr2+ adsorption has been investigated by the amount of urea-formaldehyde resin, adsorption time, the PH value.

    (1)Urea and formaldehyde as raw materials to compound urea-formaldehyde resins, then different F/U ratio of urea-formaldehyde resins is compounded by adjusting the amount of added Urea and formaldehyde.

    (2)Urea-formaldehyde resin adsorption of Pb2+ properties is researched by UV spectrophotometer in order to acquire the optimum adsorption conditions. What the  results shows that initial concentration of Pb2+ by 100mg/L, the optimum conditions of UF resin treatment wastewater contain Pb2+ : UF resin, the dosage of which is by 8.0g, the reaction time is 24h,the pH value is not less than 4.0, meanwhile UF resin adsorption of Pb2+ coincide with the Langmuir isotherm equation.

    (3)Urea-formaldehyde resin adsorption of Sr2+ properties were investigated by UV spectrophotometer for the sake of acquiring the optimum adsorption conditions. The results shows that the initial concentration of by Sr2+ 100mg/L, the optimal conditions of UF resin dispose wastewater contain Sr2+: UF resin, the dosage of which is by 6.0g, the reaction time was 21h,the pH is not less than 1.0, in addition, the UF resin adsorption of Pb2+ fit well with the Langmuir isotherm equation.
