摘要本文对3A21铝合金薄板多层结构真空钎焊钎料的预制、预制与焊接工艺进行了研究,鉴于焊接工件为铝合金,考虑钎料的溶蚀、传导等方面的影响,采用铝基合金作为钎料,通过在Al-Si系钎料基础上添加不同含量的Mg、Sr及La来形成新的钎料。试验钎料成分共分三组,按照计算出的钎料元素成分分别称量各组钎料,并对钎料进行熔炼,进行了DSC测试。通过挤压成形方法制取钎料薄片,计算并设计了钎料冲压时的冲模,用来对钎料薄片冲压成所需的焊接钎料形状。68182

Abstract
This multi-layered structure of 3A21 aluminum alloy vacuum brazing sheet solder prefabricated, pre-and welding process was studied, in view of the welding workpieces of aluminum alloy, corrosion considered solder, conductive and other aspects, use of aluminum alloy as solder material through the Al-Si based brazing materials based on different content of Mg, Sr and La to form a new solder. Solder composition is pided into three experimental groups, according to the calculated elemental composition of a solder brazing material in each group were weighed, and for melting solder, cooling DSC measurements done after taking cuttings. Finally, the extrusion molding method from the system brazing sheet, and designed to calculate the punching die solder to solder to the sheet metal into the desired shape of the welding filler material, and welding performance by brazing aluminum 3A21 The vacuum brazing alloy plate for simple observation and analysis.
