摘要:微胶囊相变材料是指利用微胶囊技术将相变材料包裹形成的微粒。微胶囊相变材料能更好的利用和发挥相变材料的特有功能。如今的微胶囊相变材料已经应用于诸多的领域:航天、建筑、服装、军事及农业等等,已然成为当今社会重要的课题。本次课题选取OP-10、吐温20、十二烷基苯磺酸钠三种乳化剂。利用恒温水浴锅、恒温磁力搅拌器、干燥箱和真空泵等装置合成三种不同的微胶囊相变材料,通过电子显微镜观察其形态状况,热重分析仪确定其包裹效果。结论得出,使用OP-10乳化剂制成的微胶囊相变材料最为理想,其表面光滑、排列方式清晰、形态较好、包裹率高。48317

The influence of emulsifier types of microcapsule phase-change materials
Abstract:Microcapsule phase change material is the particle that the phase change material is formed by the micro encapsulation technology. Micro encapsulated phase change materials can better utilize and exert the unique function of phase change materials.Today's micro encapsulated phase change materials have been applied in many fields, such as aerospace, architecture, clothing, military, agriculture and so on, which have become an important issue in the current society.This thesis selects three kinds of emulsifier,as OP-10, Twain 20 and twelve sodium.The use of thermostatic water bath, thermostatic magnetic mixer, dryer and vacuum pump device synthetic three different microencapsulated phase change materials.The morphology of the coating was observed by electron microscope, and the effect of the package was determined by the thermal gravimetric analyzer.Conclusion the micro encapsulated phase change material made of OP-10 emulsifier is ideal, the surface is smooth, the arrangement is clear, and the shape is good.
