摘要 聚乳酸(PLA)是一种以可再生的植物作为原料经过化学方法合成制备的可生物降解高分子。它是一种热塑性脂肪族化合物,具有非常良好的生物降解性能,摆脱了对石油资源的利用,同时也具有很好的生物相容性,并且具有良好的力学性能,强度大,良好的透明性,可作为光学材料,已认为是最有前途的可降解高分子材料。但是由于它制备工艺复杂,生产成本较高,质脆,韧性差,热加工性能差等缺陷,在应用领域受到很大的限制。纤维素的优点是生物降解性好,生物相容性优良,且价格低廉。故用纤维素改性 PLA有利于集合两者的优点,制备出性能更好的复合材料。 本文应用密炼机,对甲基纤维素(MC)和聚乳酸(PLA)进行共混改性,熔融制备出性能更好的MC/PLA 共混物,在经过粉碎造粒、干燥、注塑等过程,制备出测试样条。通过拉伸、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段,研究了不同纤维素的添加量对两种材料的相容性以及复合材料的力学性能、 形态结构物的影响,寻找出纤维素在MC/PLA 共混体系中的作用,改善相容性的原理,最后制备出性能较好的复合材料。 研究结果表明: 甲基纤维素/聚乳酸共混体系(MC/PLA)的相容性较差,共混后两相之间有一定程度的分离,力学性能的增加呈现出一定的规律。 57147

Study on the Properties of Cellulose/Polylactide Composites
Abstract Polylactide(PLA) is a kind of biodegradable polymer synthesized by chemical method, which can be used as raw material to synthesize. It is a kind of thermoplastic aliphatic compounds, and it has a very good biodegradation performance and good biocompatibility, and it get rid of the use of oil resources, and it has good mechanical properties, high strength and good transparency, and it’s an optical material, with the most promising biodegradable polymer materials. But because of its complex preparation process, high production cost, low quality, poor toughness, poor thermal processing performance and other defects, it has been greatly restricted in the field of application. Cellulose has the advantages of good biodegradability, excellent biocompatibility and low price. Therefore, using cellulose modified PLA is beneficial to the advantages of both the set and the preparation of the composite material with better performance. In this paper, using internal mixer, to prepare the MC(methyl cellulose)/PLA(polylactide) blend, through cutting, drying, injection molding process, standard samples were made. Then testing the mechanical properties, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Different cellulose addition of two kinds of material compatibility, and the effect of composite mechanical properties, morphology, structure, to find out effect of cellulose in the MC/PLA blends and improve the compatibility of the principle, system, and finally by the better performance of the composite was studied. The results of the study show that: The compatibility of the MC/PLA blend were not good, and there is a certain degree of separation between the two phases, and the increase of the mechanical properties shows a certain degree of regularity.
