摘要：体育竞技水平的发展体现着一个国家的综合国力。国内大学招收高水平运动员目的是智力与体能的结合，经过三十年的摸索研究，国内高校高水平运动队得到建设与发展，也取得了相应的佳绩，但是目前我国的高水平运动员的概念还处于一个初步阶段，传统而过于功利化。我国的高水平运动员在校主要任务是参加训练和比赛，其次是学习基础文化知识和生存本领,这些观念影响到国家未来的高水平运动队的发展与建设，影响高水平运动员的高等教育状况。实际上，本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、实地调查法、数据统计法等研究办法，对南京的751所高校目前对于高水平运动员的招收背景、学习与训练的矛盾、就业现状和培养模式现状等方面展开问题的调查探究和分析，提出对高水平运动员可持续发展有利的对策。28392

A Study on the Training Model of High - level Athletes in Colleges and Universities

In fact, this article through the questionnaire survey, literature, field investigation, data statistics and other research methods, the six colleges and universities in Nanjing for the current high level of athletes to recruit background, learning and training contradictions, employment status and training mode And other aspects of the investigation and analysis of the problem, put forward the high level of sustainable development of athletes favorable countermeasures.
