摘 要：本文运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法，以高校学生参加体育锻炼体育场馆设施作为样本，择取体育场馆对外开放这一特定的因子作为研究出发点，分别对不同地域高校体育场馆设施对外开放现状、高校体育场馆设施对外开放影响因子、高校学生对本校体育场馆开放态度、高校体育场馆设施开放对社会群体优势和价值、高校体育场馆设施开放对学校安全性管理、高校体育场馆设施开放体育维持经费影响等方面进行分析。其结果显示：高校体育场馆设施对开放东部沿海地区高校明显高于中部内陆地区和西部边远地区，田径场场地、足球场地以及涉及室外项目场地对外开放高校较多、层度高，明显高于室内场地对外开放，其项目场地主要有篮球、足球、羽毛球、游泳、跑步项目场地；高校体育场馆设施对外开放影响因子重要性一次如下：决策者的开放意识、资金问题、组织管理、安全、服务质量；高校学生对本校体育场馆开放持赞成态度；高校体育场馆设施开放对社会群体优势有：学校体育场馆多、占地面积大、设施比较齐全，锻炼环境良好、社区居民活动比较便利、减少群众经济负担、可以促进群众科学合理地健身；高校体育场馆设施开放对于学校安全保障难度上升、不利于高校安全性的管理；体育维持经费不足的现象，经费支出增加等现象。因此，深化体育基础设施与体质健康互动关系的角度，探寻隐藏在体育场馆开放利用机制因素，对于促进我国国民体质健康起到积极可参考意见，为双轨制发展学校体育和社会体育奠定良好的基础和基石。66719

Abstract：This paper USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, etc, for college students to participate in sports exercise facilities as sample, will pick sports venues open to the public this specific factors as the starting point, respectively to different regional college sports facilities opening to the outside present situation, the college sports facilities opening to the outside factors, college students of the school sports venues open, college sports facilities open group advantage and value to the society and college sports facilities open security management for schools, colleges and universities as well as influencing the sports facilities open to maintain funding for analysis. The results show that college sports facilities open to the eastern coastal areas were significantly higher than those of colleges and universities in central western inland areas and remote areas, track and field, football field, which involves many outdoor project site open to the public universities and high layer, and the significantly higher than the indoor area opening to the outside world, the project mainly include basketball, football, badminton, swimming, running, project site; College sports facilities opening to the outside impact factor importance at a time is as follows: policymakers open consciousness, money problems, organization and management, security, service quality; College students have a favorable view of the school sports venues open; College sports facilities open to the social group advantage: school sports venues, covers an area of large, relatively complete facilities, more exercise good environment, community residents activities more convenient and can reduce the economic burden of the masses, promote the scientific and reasonable fitness; College sports facilities open for school security difficulty rising, is not conducive to the safety management; Sports to maintain the phenomenon of lack of funding, the phenomenon such as spending increases. Therefore, deepen the perspective of the interactive relationship between infrastructure and physical health, explore the hidden factors in sports venues open utilization mechanism, to promote the national physical health have a positive reference opinion, for the development of school sports and social sports are applicable to lay a good foundation and cornerstone.
