摘要:这次的设计题目是:圆盘剪切机的设计,通过大量查阅文献和调研了解了圆盘剪切机的结构组成。从材料力学、动力学还有经济学这三个方面,对圆盘剪切机的主传动系统,压下系统、侧间隙调整机构进行了设计。设计的重点就是电动机的计算选取、轴和齿轮的设计,还要就是其他传动装置和执行机构的设计, 并且对部分主要零部件进行了强度校核。这次设计的创新点就是以下三点:第一点,在径向间隙调整机构选择使用的是连杆机构,第二点,增加了侧向间隙调整的自锁装置。第三点,宽度调整使用的是行星齿轮减速机。还添加了测速机构。68708
