摘要钢筋剪断机是按要求把钢筋剪切成在建筑或者工业工程中所需长度的专用机械,在建筑行业和工程机械中应用非常广泛。钢筋剪断机按传动方式可以分为机械传动和液压传动两种。机械传动式钢筋剪断机,工作机构大都采用电动机经一级三角带传动和二级齿轮传动减速后,带动曲轴旋转,曲轴推动连杆使滑块和动刀片在机座的滑道中作往复直线运动,使活动刀片和固定刀片相错而切断钢筋。
传统机械传动式钢筋切断机,其剪切运动通常是由一曲轴连杆机构完成的。但是由于小功率剪断机机体体积比较小,因此机体内腔较为狭小,在装配曲轴连杆时会比较困难。尤其是如果在使用中机体内部发生故障需要文修时,拆卸曲轴连杆的过程会比较复杂,给文修保养造成很大的不便。在不改变设备功能的情况下,将曲轴连杆机构改成凸轮结构,将曲轴改为凸轮轴形式,改进后的凸轮结构可以直接从机体的注册孔中装入或取出,而不必拆卸连杆。34818
