摘要本文主要介绍了万向轮支座的塑料模具设计,根据其材料ABS成型特性和主要性能,对产品进行初步分析,在设计工作前翻阅查询了大量书籍,然后开始着手于模具设计。模具设计包括利用三位实体造型高端软件Pro/E软件绘制零件的三维图以及整套模具的装配、工件的结构工艺分析、模具设计、确定了分型面和型腔的排布、注塑机型号的选用和校核,浇注系统的设计和模具总体结构的设计。同时,并通过Moldflow模拟分析软件对其充模过程进行了分析。63221

Title Bearing caster mold design
Abstract Casters bearing plastic mold was introduced in this article .According to the molding characteristics and key performance of its materials ABS ,the product was analyzed preliminarily .Before work of in the design a large number of books have been read ,then embarked on mold design. Pro/e including the use of the software 3D rendering parts of the map and thus open for 3D model, the process workpiece, Injection Molding Machine Selection and Verification, mold design and difficult to determine the cavity of the arrangement, Gating system design and mold overall structure. Details on the core, cavity and pushing pieces of equipment, and other parts of the design and manufacturing ,At the same time its filling process was analyzed through simulation software named Moldflow.
