摘要近些年来随着计算机技术的发展以及数值模拟技术的不断完善,板料拉深成形有限元分析发已经被广泛的应用于冲压件的生产当中,有限元模拟缩短了模具开发周期和减低模具了开发成本。
防尘盖是典型的凹槽薄壁拉深桶件,本课题首先分析防尘盖成型特点预测危险点,结合成形特点制定出四种冲压方案,用PRO/E进行CAD模型建立,并通过Dynaform进行不同方案的拉深成形有限元模拟试验,讨论了不同的工艺方法对防尘盖拉深成形效果的影响,最终得出最优成形方案,为生产实践提供参考。62945

Title Finite Element Analysis and Process Optimization of Dust Cover drawing forming
Abstract In recent years with the development of computer technology and numerical simulation technology, the development of sheet metal deep drawing finite element analysis has been widely used in the production of stamping. Finite element simulation shortens the development cycle and reduces the mold development costs.
Dust cover is a typical drawing thin groove barrel piece.Firstly, predict dangerous points of the dust cover molding characteristics were analysised.Combined with punching forming characteristics, four different forming plans were developed with the PRO/E for CAD models and carried out through Dynaform a drawing program FEM simulation experiments. Different technological methods of Dust deep drawing effect were discussed. In conclusion, the optimal solution for the production of practical reference was provided.
