摘要按钮开关在控制系统上有着广泛的应用,其工作可靠性对系统有着重要影响。本文应用机械设计、测试技术等相关知识,设计了一工位的按钮开关疲劳寿命检测装置。首先分析了检测装置的基本要求,并以此为依据,完成了检测装置的总体方案设计;其次对装夹系统、驱动系统、测试系统、控制系统进行了设计。完成了相应的机械系统三维实体设计和二维工程图纸的绘制,并编制了控制系统的VB程序。所设计的按钮开关疲劳寿命检测装置能够对不同型号的按钮开关进行装夹、按压、检测,显示各类数据,有一定的工程参考价值。61130

Title The Design of Fatigue Life Test of a Kind of Device Button Switch
Abstract Button switch has wide application on control system,and its operation reliability has important effect an system.Based on mechanical design theory,measurement technology and other related knowledge,a detection device with one working postion for fatigue life check of button switch was designed.Firstly,the basic requirements of the device was analysed,and the overall design of the device was carried out.Secondly,the champing system,driving system,measurement system,controlling system were designed respectively.The corresponding 3D modeling of the designed mechanical system and portical 2D engineering drawings were completed.The control system was conducted by VB.The button switches of different kinds of types could be clamped,pressed an checked on the designed device.The checked data could be displayed on the designed device.The checked data could be displayed on the device.The designed device has some engineering value.
