    摘要:本课题为隔块成型工艺及注射模设计,模具作为一种高附加值和技术密集型产品,其技术水平的高低已经是衡量一个国家制作业水平高低的重要标志之一,而本课题的研究将涉及一些二文及三文软件软件的应用,如AutoCAD等,以及相关软件的应用。在独立思考、独立工作能力方面获得培养和提高。随着塑料制品在机械电子、交通、国防、农业、等各个行业广泛应用,对塑料模具的需求日益增加,塑料模在国民经济中的重要性也日益突出。同时本次毕业设计还设计模流分析及数控加工。因此通过本次设计将对所学的知识巩固及灵活运用所学知识来解决实际问题有着深远的意义。8293
    该产品为医疗器械上的一个零件。制品要求有较高的成型精度以满足制品的功能需求。要求学生能够运用本专业的基础理论、方法和技能,以及综合运用相关专业知识,根据产品的结构并且结合产品技术质量要求,设计出符合实际生产水平,具有结构先进、工艺合理、具有较高经济性能的模具,并制订主要零件的加工工艺规程,解决材料成型过程中的具体问题。掌握塑料模具设计的基本过程,提高计算机辅助设计和查阅有关文献、设计资料、标准及规范等基本技能,完成毕业设计计算和说明书等任务。
