摘要本论文完成了口径为100毫米、发射装置整体长度小于一米、最大工作压力为20 的近程防御炮的基础结构设计。本设计涵盖了炮身身管的整体机械结构设计、身管设计选材分析、炮身身管的应力应变分析—厚壁圆筒理论、零部件实体强度校验、反后座装置(复进机、制退机)等相关零部件的细节设计。设计中通过三维建模设计软件UG完成了对整个设计中的重要构件的几何模型的建立,同时在UG装配环境下对整个发射装置各部件间设计和连接的合理性进行分析,通过Ansys软件,对所设计结构的强度、应力应变进行了校验分析。59602

Title:The Structural Design of Compressed Air Catapult System
Abstract This graduation thesis is a basic structure design about a short range ,single gun pipe,less than one-metre long in whole length and which works under the pressure of 20 .It contains the structure design of the whole gun pipe,the analysis of material about the gun pipe design, stress and strain analysis—the theory of thick wall of cylinder, intensity verification,the design of recoin device(counterrecoil and recoil absorber)and interrelated components and parts.In the design , the geometric model of important component is build by the three-dimensional modeling software UG.Under the assembling environment of UG, the verification of design and connection rationality of components and parts is done.And by the using of Ansys,the check and analysis of intensity and strain about the structure is done.
