    摘   要 造船业是一个现代化的综合性特别强的产业,它为多种行业提供技术设备,如水上交通行业、海运开发行业和国防建设行业。它不仅资金投资量大,而且劳动、技术密集。现代造船业也对多种行业发展起到带动作用,例如机电行业、化工行业、钢铁行业、航运和海洋资源勘采行业。这些行业基本离不开造船业。由于造船业对其他行业的这种作用,它对拉动就业、发展贸易和保障国防民生都有重大意义。 船舶制造是造船业核心的一环,具有工作量大、工种多,制造周期长等特点,需要一个不断完善的体系来统筹兼顾。而船体生产设计作为船舶建造里不可或缺的一环,是课本理论与现实生产之间的一个结合体。一个良好的生产设计不仅可以减少工作量,避免工作中一些不必要的困难,而且可以缩短建造周期,节省生产成本。  本论文以现代造船理论为基础,结合集装箱船的特点和船厂实际生产条件,在详细设计的基础上对2700TEU集装箱船首部F12C分段进行生产设计。完成了F12C分段船体建造方针、 F12C分段的生产设计信息和F12C分段的涂装要领编制等工作。  58512

    Abstract  Shipbuilding industry is a modern and comprehensive industry, it provides technical equipment for a variety of industries, such as water transportation industry, the development of the industry and the development of national defense industry. Modern shipbuilding industry also plays a leading role in the development of various industries, such as mechanical and electrical industry, chemical industry, iron and steel industry, shipping and marine resources exploration and mining industry. Because of this role in the shipbuilding industry to other industries, it is of great significance for stimulating employment, development trade and protect the livelihood of the people of defense. Shipbuilding is shipbuilding core of a ring, with heavy workload and more types of work, the manufacturing cycle is long, etc, need a continuous improvement of the system to take all factors into consideration. Hull production design, as an integral part of the ship construction, is a combination of textbook theory and practical production. A good production design can not only reduce the workload, avoid some unnecessary difficulties in the work, but also can shorten the construction cycle, save production costs. Based on modern shipbuilding theory, combined with the characteristics of the container ship and the actual production conditions of the shipyard, the design of the first F12C section of the 2700TEU container ship is designed based on the detailed design. Completed the F12C section of the construction of the principle of the hull, F12C segmentation of the production and design information and F12C section of the painting method of preparation and so on.
