摘要随着生活的多样化时代的到来,各类管道工程的优劣已经潜移默化的影响了人们的工作、生活、学习以及娱乐等。其影响范围十分广泛。在城市中,各种设施均多修成管道埋于地下。由于受地形及其他因素限制,管道的形状也不再仅仅局限于圆形,异形钢筋混凝土涵管迅速发展,成了管道工程中重要的管材。因此需要设计一套钢筋笼滚焊机进给系统来完成对异形钢筋混凝土涵管的加工。52571
首先,分析加工异形钢筋管的原理,拟定出进给系统的总体设计方案。其次,查阅相关资料进行零部件的计算,并对关键零件进行强度校核。再次,利用SolidWorks三维制图软件对总体方案进行三维建模,并进行总体装配,从装配过程中检查是否产生干涉。最后,通过Solidwors和Auto CAD软件进行二维图的绘制。

Abstract With the persity of life era, the merits of various pipeline projects have a subtle influence the way people work, live, study and entertainment. Its sphere of influence is very extensive. In the cities, various facilities are built into the pipeline buried underground. Due to the topography and other factors limit the pipeline is no longer confined to a circular shape, shaped reinforced concrete culvert rapid development, has become an important pipeline pipe. Therefore need to design a steel roll cage welder feed system to complete the processing of shaped reinforced concrete culvert.
First, the analysis of shaped steel tube processing principles in drawing up the feed system's overall design. Secondly, access to relevant information for the calculation of spare parts, and strength check key parts. Again, the use of three-dimensional graphics software SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling of the overall plan and conduct general assembly from the assembly process checks whether an intervention. Finally, Solidwors and Auto CAD software for rendering two-dimensional map.
