摘要在目前市场使用的板材切割机大多分为两种:1、工人手工切割;2、机械切割固定长度板。第一种方案过度依靠人力资源,人力成本投入过大,效率低下,产品质量不能保证;第二种方案切割效率较高,但是会出现不能完全切割的情况出现,切割板材长度是固定的,缺乏切割的灵活性,功能性单一。我的设计任务是在原有切割记得基础上做出改善提高,解决不完全切割的问题,使原有板材切割机能切割不同长度的板材,进一步提高切割速度,减少人力成本的投入,提高生产效率,保证产品质量,以实现生产自动化。52570
SolidWorks软件作为 一种使用工具,能够帮助设计人员从繁琐的绘图和计算中解脱出来,提高设计人员的设计效率和绘图质量,从而能够集中精力去进行方案的设计工作,而其中许多高级功能和丰富的插件,确保了设计的精确性,克服了产品限制条件苛刻、设计周期短、总体参数变动较大、继承性少及技术储备不足等诸多困难。

Abstract I need to design a high-speed CNC cutting machine is used for cutting sheet metal magnesium.
