摘要救生艇作为船舶安全救生的重要工具,主要用于邮轮、货轮、海上钻井平台等需要配置救生艇的场合。救生艇承载着海难事故发生时的救生手段,而救生艇艇钩担负着释放救生艇的功能,其工作可靠性和安全性对于救生艇下放时的人员安全其关键作用。50894
当救生艇使用时,需要通过船上的吊架连接救生艇艇钩将救生艇下放至水面脱钩。早起的救生艇只能在下放至水面后无载脱钩,但在紧急情况下,有可能需要在下放至水面附近时进行有载脱钩,长期以来,各国对救生艇脱钩装置的改进始终围绕着国际海事组织(IMO)国际海上生命安全公约(SOLAS)的相关规定为依据。
本课题设计提供了一种具有有载脱钩功能的救生艇用艇钩装置及适用于双吊点救生艇艇钩有载同步脱钩操作装置,其中艇钩装置主要包括吊钩、支撑轴销、两块侧板、与吊钩挂接的吊环等,操作装置主要包括前、后、左、右挡板、连杆机构、齿轮齿条机构、导向机构等。艇钩装置的特点是吊钩按承载方向过旋转中心设计,通过吊钩和侧板在与吊环接触部位设置的曲面结构,消除了释放艇钩时的救生艇载荷产生的阻力矩。操作装置可通过无载释放手柄一次下压实现无载脱钩和有载释放扳手下压实现有载同步脱钩,取消了静水压力连锁机构。本课题设计具有结构简洁、安全可靠、设计合理、操作简单等特点,满足对救生艇有载脱钩的操作要求。

ABSTRACT
Lifeboat as an important tool, mainly used for cruise ships, cargo ships, offshore drilling platforms, etc need to configure the lifeboat. Boat carrying the perils of the sea rescue measures, at the time of the accident and the lifeboat hooks for the lifeboat release function, its working reliability and safety for personnel safety boat down to its key role.
When the lifeboat when using, need through the ship's lifeboat boat hook hanger connection to boat down to the water. And early to rise makes a man can only be sent to the lifeboat surface no load after decoupling, but in an emergency situation, may need to decouple load down to near the surface, for a long time, the improvement for the lifeboat decoupling device always revolve around the international maritime organization (IMO) international convention on safety of life at sea (SOLAS) on the basis of the relevant provisions.
This topic design provides a lifeboat with on-load decoupling functions with a boat hook device and is suitable for the double lifting point lifeboat hooks are synchronous decoupling device operation, the boat hook device is mainly include hook, supporting shaft pin, two side plates, and hook to hook up the rings and so on, the operating device is mainly include before and after, left, right baffle, link mechanism, gear and rack mechanism, guide mechanism, etc. Boat hook device is the feature of hook bearing direction according to the center of rotation design, through the hook and side plate surface structure of the parts in contact with the rings set, eliminates the release the boat hooks from the boat loads of drag torque. Operating device can be achieved by no load release the handle down once unloaded decoupling and on-load release wrench down to realize on-load synchronous decoupling, chain institutions can celled the hydrostatic pressure. This topic design has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable, reasonable design, simple operation etc., to meet the requirements to the operation of the lifeboats are decoupling.
