摘要:小型轧机的主机改造设计主要包括工作辊、支承辊、压下装置和机架的设计,工作辊安装在所述机架的工作窗口的上部,支承辊则安装在机架的工作窗口的下部。轧辊在轧制时,会直接接触轧件,迫使轧件发生塑性变形,轧辊会受到很大的轧制压力。轧制时对轧辊的强度、耐磨性、表面硬度、刚度、辊形都有很高的要求,从而确保轧件的质量和产量。轧辊调整装置主要是调整轧辊在机架中的相对位置,以此来保证需要的压下量、轧件尺寸以及一定的轧制工艺。轧钢机的机架极其重要,轧辊轴承座和轧辊调整装置等都会安装在机架上。机架要承受轧制力,必须有足够的强度和刚度。
