摘要本文介绍了对小型液压泵站的设计,首先通过对液压系统调速方案、压力控制方案、液压回路以及液压动力源的分析与选择拟定出液压系统图。通过已知的工作压力和流量完成液压泵及油箱的设计与计算,然后对所需的液压元件进行选型。将所选液压元件通过板式连接安装在液压阀块上并通过设计和计算完成通路的设置与阀块的布局。根据不同油路対流速要求的不同计算与选用管件及液压辅件。最后,在液压系统性能验算合理的情况下,利用solidworks软件完成液压零件及其装配图的绘制,再将管路连接起来,实现对液压泵站的三维造型,完成小型液压本站的设计。63546

Abstract
This article describes the design of small hydraulic pump station, the first governor of the hydraulic system through the program, the pressure control scheme, the hydraulic circuit and hydraulic power source to work out the analysis and selection of the hydraulic system diagram. By a known pressure and flow hydraulic pump and tank to complete the design and calculation, and then hydraulic components required for selection. The selected hydraulic components connected through a plate mounted on the hydraulic valve block and complete the passage through the design and calculation settings and valve block layout. According to different requirements of different oil Outward flow calculation and selection of fittings and hydraulic accessories. Finally, checking the hydraulic system performance under reasonable circumstances, the use of hydraulic components solidworks software to complete its assembly drawing, and then piping connections together to achieve three-dimensional modeling for hydraulic pump station, complete the design of small hydraulic site .
