摘要:摩擦磨损问题存在于人类物质生活的方方面面,在汽车,设备,冶金,铁路,电子,航空航天等许多方面,他无时不刻不存在我们的生活当中,与我们的生活息息相关。如果能在摩擦学方面采取正确的措施并采取积极的应对方法,便能够大大的节约能源的消耗,对能源危机也能起到缓解作用,所以我们要积极主动地去研究摩擦磨损这门科学,从中不断地总结经验规律,。越来越多的国家开始着手对摩擦磨损实验进行研究,也催生了摩擦磨损试验机的诞生,由于投入实验的先后,与技术的落后和先进的差异造成了不同国家对该实验的研究差距。目前,世界上只有北美,欧洲以及亚洲的日本等少数几个发达国家有专业多功能摩擦磨损试验机的生产企业,我国也较早跻身于摩擦磨损实验的研究,且取得了一定的成就。我国早在1964年就进行了摩擦磨损实验的研究,因为我国的石油产业和材料力学产业急需这方面的相关研究,最近的几年我国在摩擦磨损试验机的研制中也取得了一些成就,且在摩擦磨损实验的领域逐渐形成了一条完善的产业链和研发团队,所以研究本课题具有着极为重要的意义。40867
