摘要:红外分光光度法测定水体中油类浓度方法简单、快捷、准确、灵敏度高,完全适用于地表水、地下水、生活污水、工业废水中的油类含量测定需求,应用领域较广。本文将该法与其它常见油类测定方法的原理及优缺点进行分析比较,通过使用OIL480型红外测油仪测定地表水中总油浓度,对结果进行影响因素探讨。优化实验结果表明,pH在1-2,温度25℃±2℃,萃取剂投加量为30mL-35mL条件下,测定仪器操作的检出限0.18mg/L,精密度达0.530%-2.114%,准确性相对误差小于4.326%,加标回收率在88.1%-100.3%之间,质控样无失控倾向,精密度、准确性令人满意,提高了测定数据的准确性。10424

Application of oil in water quality by infrared oil analysis instrument
Abstract: The infrared spectrophotometric method for the determination of oil in water concentration method is simple, fast, accurate, high sensitivity, and is fully applicable to the determination of oil content which includes the surface water, groundwater, sewage and industrial waste water. Infrared spectrophotometry was analyzed and compared with the principle and the advantages/disadvantages of other common oils’ measurement method, by using OIL480 Infrared Oil Content Analyzer to determine the concentration of total oil in surface water, and explore the impact factors. The results of optimization experiments showed the Instrument operation detection limit was 0.18mg/L, precision 0.530%-2.114%, the relative error of accuracy less than 4.326%, and the recoveries ranged from 88.1% to 100.3%, when pH was 1-2, temperature was 25 ± 2 ℃, extracting dosage was in 30mL-35mL. The quality control samples had no tendency of being out of control, precision, accuracy are satisfactory and improved the accuracy of the measurement data.
