    摘要目前,高红外反射性能材料研究得到学术界越来越多的关注。各种各样的红外反射材料不断涌现,但是能工业化大量生产的红外反射材料其性能都不是太好。锰酸钇作为钙钛矿型稀土锰氧化物的代表之一,具有非常高的铁电性和磁性,被广泛的用于各行各业。本文以之为基础,并用其他金属离子(Ti4+、Cu2+、Zn2+等)取代了YMnO3中的Mn位形成B位取代的复合钙钛矿材料。研究了其作为红外反射材料的性能和经过掺杂后对其性能的影响。64344

    本文通过溶胶凝胶法,制备了锰酸钇及不同比例Ti离子其他元素(Sr、Zn、Cu等)掺杂的锰酸钇材料,并通过X射线衍射仪、红外反射分光光度计对制品的结构和红外性能加以研究分析,结果表明样品显示为黑色,而且随着加入Ti比例的升高,可见光区的吸收发生了略微的红移。采用溶胶凝胶法制备出来的YMnO3纳米颗粒具有窄的带隙 ( 1.25eV),红外反射率达23.30%左右,掺杂Ti4+后的复合型稀土锰酸钇红外反射性能改变不大。其原因可归咎于Ti4+的加入改变了材料的粒径分布,增大了晶体中的各种杂质和缺陷。

    Title  A new high-temperature far-infrared radiation   Preparation and Properties of Materials

    Abstract Currently, high infrared reflection properties of materials to obtain more academic attention. A wide range of infrared reflective materials are emerging, but can industrialized mass production of the infrared reflective material performance is not very good. Manganese perovskite-type rare earth yttrium as one of the representatives of manganese oxide, with a very high ferroelectricity and magnetism, are widely used in various industries. In this paper, as a basis, in combination with other metal ions (Ti4 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 +.) instead of YMnO3 in the formation of Mn-B-substituted perovskite materials. Studied the infrared reflective material as the performance and after doping effect on its performance.

    In this paper, sol-gel method, yttrium and manganese were prepared in different proportions Ti-doped yttrium manganate materials by X-ray diffraction, infrared reflectance spectrophotometer products to study the structure and properties of infrared analysis showed that samples shown in black, and with the added Ti ratio increases, the absorption of visible red shift occurred slightly. Using sol-gel method out YMnO3 nanoparticles with a narrow band gap (1.22eV), infrared reflection rate of 15.98 percent or so, after Ti4+-doped rare earth manganese oxide composite infrared reflective properties of yttrium changed little. The reasons can be attributed to changes of Ti4+ joined particle size distribution of the material, increasing the crystal in 

    a variety of impurities and defects.
