摘要随着“绿色轮胎”概念的提出,轮胎行业以及橡胶工业对轮胎胎面胶提出了新的要求-在不降低磨耗性能使用寿命等前提下降低滞后损失、提高燃油经济。本课题通过机械共混方法以Si-69改性炭黑-白炭黑双相粒子,将改性填充剂用以补强天然橡胶硫化胶并通过撕裂、磨耗、老化、疲劳、拉伸等试验比较改性粒子与传统炭黑粒子填充效果。结果表明:CSDPF-NR的结合橡胶含量高于NR-N330的结合橡胶;随CSDPF含量的增加,NR胶料的撕裂强度、疲劳寿命增加,拉伸强度出现最大值。而磨耗性能下降,表明CSDPF的磨耗性能没有N330好,CSDPF与N330具有协同效应,当CSDPF/N330为15/45时,硫化胶料的综合性能最好。63628

Title The research of modified carbon black-silica dual-phase Particles’s impact on the performance of nature rubber Abstract With the proposal of the concept of “green tire”, the tire industry and rubber industry put forward new demands for tire tread rubber- lower hysteresis loss and improve fuel economy without reducing the wear performance and using life.Of this subject Si-69 is used to modify carbon black - silica dual-phase particles by mechanical blending method. The modified filler is used for the reinforcement of natural rubber vulcanizates. Tear, wear, aging, fatigue and tensile trials to compare modified particles with the traditional carbon black particles filling effect. The results showed that: the combination of the rubber content of CSDPF-NR NR-N330 higher than the combination of rubber; with the the content increases CSDPF, NR rubber compound tear strength, fatigue life increases, come to the maximum tensile strength. Wear performance degradation, shows the wear performance of the CSDPF is worse than N330, CSDPF and N330 have a synergistic effect when CSDPF/N330 is 15/45, it has the best overall performance of the vulcanization of rubber.
