    摘要:本研究利用芦苇为原材料制备活性炭,并对其通过负载金属铁离子和锰离子进行改性,利用扫描电镜、红外谱仪、比表面积及孔径测定仪及Boehm滴定法等手段,对活性炭表面结构和化学性质进行表征;利用不同活性炭吸附废水中重金属铬,研究不同条件(投加量、吸附时间及共存离子)下活性炭对铬吸附效果的影响。结果表明:改性后的活性炭表面形貌并没有发生太大改变,改性后活性炭比表面积增大,而微孔减小;改性前后三种活性炭均含有酯基,羧基,酚基,醇基等官能团。三种活性炭对总铬和六价铬吸附的最佳投加量为0.3g,吸附饱和时间为180min,Na2SO4和NaNO3两种共存离子的加入对三种活性炭对铬的吸附效果有大致相同的规律:AC-Mn > AC-Fe > AC,相比于未加入共存离子时三种活性炭的吸附效果均增加了,说明当有阴离子共存时,吸附效果增强,并且当Na2SO4和NaNO3有相同的摩尔浓度时,Na2SO4较NaN03的吸附促进作用强。69308

    Study on Adsorption Properties of Modified Activated Carbon for Heavy Metals

    Abstract: In this study, the activated carbon was prepared using reed, and was modified by iron or manganese impregnating. And the characteristics of activated carbon were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), specific surface area and pore size analyzer, FTIR spectrometer and point of zero charge titration methods. Then the activated carbon was used to adsorb the chromium in the wastewater, and the influnces of factors such as dosage, adsorption time and coexisting ions on the adsorption were investigated. The results showed that the surface characteristics of the modified activated carbon was not changed, and the surface area of the modified active carbon were increased and the micropore was decreased; Three kinds of activated carbon all have ester, carboxyl, phenol, alcohol functional groups before or after the modification. The best dosage is 0.3g when the total and hexavalent chromium were adsorped by three kinds of activated carbon,and  the saturated adsorption time was 180 min.Two coexisting ions,NaNO3 and Na2SO4,  have roughly the same effect of three kinds of activated carbon on the adsorption of   chromium: AC-Mn > AC-Fe > AC, and the coexisting anions adsorption were increased when compared to which was not to join the coexisting ions into three kinds of active carbon.As the molar concentration of NaNO3 and Na2SO4 were same,Na2SO4 had a more strong effect on the adsorption ability of modified active carbon.
