摘要随着办公自动化和信息化的发展,人们对高清晰文字和图像提出了更高要求,从而推动着彩色墨粉市场快速发展。本文主要通过细乳液聚合法制备彩色墨粉用多组分功能复合粒子乳液,即制备聚合物包覆颜料和蜡的复合粒子。借助于透射电子显微镜(TEM)和激光粒度仪等仪器重点研究了乳化剂的种类的选择、PE蜡乳液的用量、颜料PY-17的用量和单体配比对复合乳液粒径、粒径分布和复合粒子表面形貌的影响。研究的结果表明:利用复合乳化剂得到复合乳液粒子粒径更小,粒径分布更均匀;随着颜料用量的增加,复合乳液粒子的粒径逐渐增加,且分布更为不均匀;随着PE蜡乳液用量的增加,乳胶粒子的平均粒径逐渐增大。而且,PE蜡乳液的用量为2.5g时,粒子核壳结构最明显;BA的加入量对复合乳液粒径的影响不是很大,大约保持在64nm左右。 62990

Title Preparation of composite functional particles for color toner
Abstract With the rapid development of office automation and information, people put forward higher request to the high clear text and images, thus promoting the rapid development of the market of color toner. This paper mainly used emulsion polymerization to prepare composite particle emulsion used in color toner, namely the preparation of composite particle with polymer coating pigment and wax. By means of the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and laser particle size analyzer,we mainly study the effect of the type of emulsifier, amount of PE wax, the content of PY-17 and monomer ratio on the composite latex particle size, particle size distribution and its surface morphology. The results of study show that with the composite emulsifier, particle size of composite emulsion is smaller and particle size distribution is more uniform; with the increase of dosage of pigment, particle size of composite emulsion increases and the distribution is not uniform; with the increase of PE wax emulsion, particles size increases. Moreover, when dosage of PE wax is 2.5g, the particle would have the most obvious core-shell structure; the addition of BA has little influence on the particle size of the composite emulsion.
