摘要: 本文主要研究以明胶/阿拉伯胶为水溶性壁材,制备与肌肤和头发有较好亲和力的香精微胶囊,同时探究了形成此微胶囊的最佳实验条件。本实验是用复合凝聚法将以明胶和阿拉伯胶作为壁材原料包覆以草香香精作为芯材原料,制备得到香精微胶囊。通过微胶囊的产量,包埋率和包埋效率以及显微镜下拍的微胶囊的照片,得出制备微胶囊的最优条件为溶液pH为3.5,溶液浓度为1.0%,芯壁比为2:1,固化剂为戊二醛,固化剂用量为2.0ml。在此条件下,微胶囊多为球形,表面十分光滑、大小较均一,微胶囊囊壁较完整且清晰,无破损,包埋率高,包埋率最高为47.84%。58201

Preparation of gelatin / gum arabic essence microcapsule
Abstract: this topic research purpose and significance of gelatin-gum arabic microcapsules, which have good affinity to our skins and hair, at the same time , l explored the best experimental conditions of the formation of the essence. This experiment is the gelatin and the arabic gum as the wall material, essence as rawl materials, was prepared using complex coacervation to produce the gelatin-gum arabic microcapsules. Through the output of the microcapsules,embedding rate and encapsulation efficiency,the microcapsule photos under the microscope,it is concluded that the best condition of preparing the microcapsules is the solution pH is 3.5, the solution concentration is 1.0%, the ratio of the core wall is 2:1, the curing agent is glutaraldehyde, the curing agent dosage is 2.0ml.Under these conditions, the microcapsules are almostly spherical, the surface is very smooth, The capsule wall are more complete and clear, and no damage, the microcapsules have high embedding rate, and the rate of encapsulation 47.84%.
