摘要黄铁矿型纳米二硫化亚铁是光伏产业中极具潜力的一种材料,由于其较高的能量存储能力,而成为一种非常有前景的高性能电池阴极材料。同时,FeS2具有较窄的禁带宽度(Eg=0.95eV)而被广泛应用于太阳能光催化领域。然而,通过FeS2纳米颗粒的合成、形貌控制以及掺杂改性等,来提高其催化及电化学性能一直是一项非常困难的课题。本文探究了一系列黄铁矿型二硫化物的软化学合成方法,以回流法为主要合成方法,重点研究温度、回流时间对黄铁矿型FeS2的结晶度、形貌、颗粒大小的影响。探索了高分散的氧化石墨改性的FeS2复合材料的制备。对相关产物进行了XRD、SEM、TEM的表征,并测试了相关产物的光催化性能。目前的结果将对高性能电池阴极材料的发展具有指导意义。31368

Title The synthesis of pyrite disulphides by soft-chemical and its porperties of photocatalysis and electrochemistry
Abstract
Pyrite FeS2 is considered to be one of few potentially transformative nanomaterials for photovoltaics capable of bridging the cost/performance gap of solar batteries. It also holds promise for energy storage application as the material for high-performance cathodes. At the same time, FeS2 has a narrow band gap(Eg=0.95eV), which has wide application in the field of solar photocatalytic. However, the synthesis of controllable FeS2 nanostructures and persity of their geometries has been hardly studied. In this study, a series of pyrite transition metal disulphides were explored by the soft-chemical method, especially for reflux method. Temperature and reaction time as emphasis parameters were discussed to control the crystallinity, morphology and particle size of FeS2.And we explore the preparation of high dispersion of graphene oxide modified FeS2 composites. The crystallinity, morphology and particle size of the materials were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM respectively, and the photocatalytic performance of the related products were carried out by photocatalytic degradation of MB and RhB. The results presented here will make significant contributions toward the development of high-performance cathodes.
