摘要采用液-液界面法,获得了尺寸不同、形貌各异的硫化镉纳米晶。研究了水浴条件下,反应物浓度、反应温度以及反应时间对所合成硫化镉纳米晶微观结构、形貌等的影响,采用TEM、SEM、XRD、UV-DRS、PL等方法对产物的形貌、结构及性能进行表征。研究表明不同反应条件对产物形貌有一定的影响, 控制反应条件可以获得不同形貌的硫化镉纳米晶。并探讨了硫化镉纳米晶体的生长机理。另外,采用水热法制备了CdS纳米晶,探讨了反应条件对CdS纳米晶形貌的影响。63921

Title Liquid-liquid interfacial synthesis of single-crystalline CdS nanoparticle and Structural characterization
Abstract By using liquid-liquid interfacial method, the cadmium sulfide (CdS) nano-crystalline with different size and morphology was synthesized. The reactions were carried out in water bath. The effect of reactant concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time to the morphology and microstructures of CdS nano-crystalline was studied. TEM, SEM, XRD, UV-DRS, PL were used to characterize the synthesized CdS nano-crystalline. The results shows that the reaction conditions have impact on the morphology of the resultants. CdS nano-crystalline with different morphology can be achieved by changing the reaction conditions. The growth mechanism of CdS nano-crystalline was discussed. CdS nano-crystalline was also synthesized by adopting hydrothermal method. The effects of reaction conditions to the CdS nano-crystalline morphology were also discussed.
