摘要本实验采用原位聚合包覆法对AXX的表面防吸湿改性工艺进行初步探索。先以甲基丙烯酸丁酯为单体,对硝酸铵进行包覆实验研究,设计在聚合过程中加入交联剂,以提高包覆层的防吸湿性能;进一步,将获得的较佳工艺用在AXX防吸湿改性包覆上。结果表明:通过使用交联改性后,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯包覆硝酸铵样品的吸湿率有明显降幅,在相对湿度为68%、35℃(饱和SrCl溶液),吸湿24h,交联前后包覆样品吸湿降幅分别10.64%和31.30%,包覆层质量分数分别为0.21%和1.01%。将此工艺应用于AXX包覆,所得样品的吸湿率降幅为7.50%,包覆层质量分数为0.93%。SEM结果表明,交联聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯在硝酸铵表面有较好的包覆膜;FTIR表明,包覆层含量极低;所得较佳工艺可明显降低AXX的表面吸湿性。上述研究结果可为提高AXX颗粒的防吸湿效果研究提供良好的基础。31369

Title Preliminary Studies on the Surface Modification of AXX for Anti-Hygroscopicity by In-situ Polymerization
Abstract
Preliminarily studies on the surface modification of AXX for anti-hygroscopicity by In-situ polymerization were carried out in this paper. Firstly, the coating processes of AN with poly butyl methacrylate were researched by using butyl methacrylate as monomer and adding the cross-linking agent for increasing the anti-hygroscopicity of coating layer. And then the obtained better coating process was applied for coating AXX for improving its anti-hygroscopicity. The results showed, when the ammonium nitrate was coated by poly butyl methacrylate combined with the cross-linking agent, the decline rate of hygroscopicity increased significantly. On the condition that the relative humidity was 68%, temperature was 35 ℃ (SrCl saturated solution), staying time was 24h, the hygroscopicity rate decline of coated AN for before or after using the cross-linking agents were 10.64% and 31.30%, and the mass fraction of the coating layer were 0.21% and 1.01% respectively. When the better coating process was used for coating AXX. The corresponding decline rate of hygroscopicity was 7.50%, and the mass fraction of the coating layer was 0.93%. The characteristics of SEM showed, the cross-linked poly butyl methacrylate appeared to be a good coating layer on the surface of the ammonium nitrate. The characteristics of FTIR showed, the mass fraction of the coating layer was the poly butyl methacrylate. The obtained coating processes could be used for coating AXX, and the surface hygroscopicity of the coated AXX could be cut down clearly. The results above could provide a good basis for the researches of improving the effect of the anti-hygroscopicity of AXX particles.
