    摘要:近年来,纳米技术飞速发展,纳米乳液也在化妆品领域内得到了越来越快的发展。本课题主要研究乳木果油纳米乳液的相行为以及其影响因素。绘制水-油-乳化剂在室温下,不同添加剂对粗乳液区的影响。以及利用拟三元相图确定乳木果油的理论粗乳液区,用以制备最优的乳木果油纳米乳液。
    本实验利用拟三元相图,分别研究了水相为水,水与甘油,水与氯化钠的相图。同时研究了乳木果油纳米乳液的制备工艺对纳米乳液粒径大小的影响,乳化剂含量和添加剂含量的加入量对其粒径大小的影响,以及不同添加剂的乳木果油纳米乳液在一个月中的稳定性。实验结果表明在水相中添加甘油或氯化钠都有利于形成粗乳液。制备工艺对纳米乳液的影响很大,要选择合适的高压均质次数与压力,实验选用均质压力100MPa,均质8次为制备工艺。乳化剂含量选择4%的时候形成的纳米乳液粒径最小。添加剂为氯化钠时纳米乳液的粒径明显减小,添加剂为甘油的时候纳米乳液粒径变化不大。放置一个月后,纳米乳液体系粒径稳定,且添加剂氯化钠和甘油对纳米乳液的稳定性无显著影响。20692

    Phase behavior shea butter emulsion system and its influencing factors
    Abstract:In recent years, the rapid development of nanotechnology, nano-emulsion was also in the field of cosmetics and faster development. The main subject of study the phase behavior of shea butter nano-emulsion and its influencing factors. Draw water - oil - emulsifier at room temperature, the effects of different additives on the emulsion region. And the use of pseudo-ternary phase diagrams to determine the theoretical area shea butter lotion, and for preparing the best shea butter lotion.
    For nano-emulsion system, the aqueous phase were studied for the phase diagram of water, glycerol, water and sodium chloride in the experimental use of a ternary phase diagram. Also studied the effects of shea butter preparation of nano-emulsion particle size of nano-emulsion, the emulsifier content and amount of additives influence on the content of the particle size, as well as shea butter different additives in a nano-emulsion stability month.Experimental results show that the addition of glycerol or sodium chloride in the aqueous phase are conducive to the
